Information we collect
If you request an estimate or contact us, we ask for information you choose to provide:
- Full name, email address, and phone number
- Moving-from and moving-to locations, move date, and move type
- Property type, home or office size, bedrooms or workstation counts
- Services needed, packing and storage preferences, and special items
- Any message you add about access, stairs, elevators, or timing
- Your confirmation that you agree to this policy
We do not ask for government identification numbers, payment card data, or precise apartment security codes on the public form. Do not put those in the message field.
Estimate and contact forms
The public form does not transmit data to a UDDIM server. It can open a mailto draft to [email protected] using your email application, or you may call or email us directly. If you send a message that way, we use it to reply, prepare a scope, and keep a record of the request. Until you send that message, UDDIM does not receive the form contents.
Cookies and similar storage
This site stores a small flag in your browser's local storage under the key uddim-cookie-notice so the cookie notice does not repeat after you dismiss it. That flag is not used to advertise to you. Optional analytics cookies are not enabled.
Analytics
No analytics vendor is installed. Server logs on the host may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested as part of ordinary hosting.
Service providers
We may share information with providers who help us respond to estimate requests, run email, or host the site. They should use the information only to perform those tasks. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
Estimate requests and moving files are kept long enough to reply, perform booked work, handle questions, and meet tax and legal record needs.
Security
No website can promise perfect security. Do not submit passwords or full payment card numbers through the estimate form.
Your choices and rights
You may email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to verification and legal exceptions. You may refuse the optional notice storage by clearing site data in your browser. You may also decline to submit a form.
Children
The site is meant for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
