Agreement
By using uddim.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A booked move is governed by the written estimate and any bill of lading or service agreement you accept later. If those documents conflict with a marketing page, the signed moving documents control the job.
The website
The site describes local residential, commercial, packing, storage, and specialty moving services in Indiana and surrounding areas. It is information and a way to request an estimate. It does not, by itself, reserve a truck, guarantee a date, or create a carrier-customer relationship. Interstate, cross-country, and nationwide household-goods transportation are not offered on this website.
Estimates
Prices depend on distance, inventory, access, packing, timing, and specialty items. Anything you type into an estimate form is a request. It is not a binding price. Final pricing depends on the actual moving requirements. A binding estimate exists only when a written document says so and you accept it.
The on-site form does not submit to a UDDIM server. It can open a mailto draft. Do not treat a filled form as proof that UDDIM received your request until we reply.
Scheduling and availability
Dates are held only when a written scope says they are held. Same-day, after-hours, and last-minute requests are subject to crew, truck, and building availability. We may decline a job that is unsafe, incomplete, or outside the services we actually offer, including interstate household-goods transportation, international relocations, and industrial rigging.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate addresses, inventory, and access information. You will remove hazardous materials, perishables, and, before any safe is moved, firearms and ammunition. You will obtain building permissions that are yours to obtain.
Service limitations
We do not claim to be the highest-rated or largest mover. We do not claim government, military, or award status on this site. Valuation and claims, if a move is booked, follow the estimate and applicable law, not a paragraph on a marketing page.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or move a date, contact the service desk as early as you can. A cancellation or reschedule fee may apply once a move is accepted in writing. The amount, if any, must be stated in the moving documents.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, and original graphics are owned by UDDIM or used with permission. You may share links.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or submit information you have no right to share.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as available. Descriptions of services are invitations to request an estimate, not warranties that a particular crew, date, or price will be offered.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, UDDIM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising only from use of the website. Liability for a booked move is handled in the moving contract and under applicable rules, not by this website limitation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date.
